Mr. Ceradini serves a diverse range of clients in various business and real estate related matters. His knowledge and background allow him to advise clients on matters ranging from the simple to the complex.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Ceradini served honorably in the United States Marine Corps and attained the rank of Major. After being Honorably Discharged from Active duty, Mr. Ceradini successfully pursued opportunities in Finance and Real Estate, obtaining licensing in multiple states as a Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker. Mr. Ceradini owned a successful private real estate investment and hard-money lending business, conducting business in both the residential and commercial markets.
Mr. Ceradini then pursued a lifelong goal of attending law school, where he graduated with high honors and immediately went into private practice. During Mr. Ceradini’s early career in bankruptcy, he witnessed the critical importance of proper business and financial structuring as well as the inner workings of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Ceradini then became Of Counsel with Bryant International Law and Tax dba BiltGroup where he engaged in representing private, closely held companies in various corporate and tax matters across multiple jurisdictions. Contemporaneously, Mr. Ceradini leveraged his industry experience in real estate to handle a great depth of real estate matters, both residential and commercial.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ceradini has remained engaged in handling client disputes in state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as arbitration and mediation. Mr. Ceradini’s extensive civil litigation experience gives him a keen eye for identifying areas of potential conflict and liability, and helping his clients avoid such difficulties.
Mr. Ceradini is happily married and the father of two wonderful children. He spends his free time with his family, engages in public interest work, and volunteers with local organizations to better his community.

Mr. Ceradini owned a successful real estate investment and mortgage brokerage business, conducting business in both the residential and commercial markets. At the same time, Mr. Ceradini remained active in the Marine Corps Reserves as a community liaison Officer in South Florida. Upon request in 2007, Mr. Ceradini volunteered to be mobilized back to Active duty with the Marine Corps and served an additional 17 months on Active duty with the Marine Corps Special Operations Command as the Operations Officer for Recruiting and Screening..
